When Democratic voter protection attorneys are dealing with democratic voters, we try to make sure that the voter know that we believe that the system is fair and that their votes will count. If a voter thinks that their vote will not count, they will not show up

If it's rigged and it's certain the election will be stolen from Trump, why even bother going to vote? Sleep in. Watch Fox and Friends. Stay home because it's a waste of time.

What Donald is doing is threatening the Republican Party, telling them that if he's not put on the to-steal list he's going to cry foul, point to the 15-point disparity between his own election and those of Republican Members of Congress in conservative-controlled states, and try to take 'em all down.
