Early voting is seeing a big increase this election year as thousands of Hoosiers have already cast their ballots in several counties.In the first six days of early voting in Marion County, turnout is up 26 percent over the presidential election in 2012 and 43 percent over 2008, the Marion County Clerk's Office said after the voting booths closed Monday.Voters cast 5,574 early ballots so far.

It is heavily Democratic, even left. It was one of the only big city counties in the US to vote Sanders.
