North Carolinian Dems, and Dems of all types, is this good or bad?

Remember, I'm new to all of this. My first vote ever was in these primaries. So, we've got an issue in Wake County about a Tax Referendum.

I got a flyer on my porch today about being AgainstTheTax.com and I want to know if it's a Republican argument. It sounds convincing but, yeah, the website misspells the word "Amok" and it's got fear mongering all over it.

What's the opinion on this? www.againstthetax.com

the DU member at the bottom of the thread right now, Jane Eyre. She can probably explain the reasoning behind it better than anyone else.
