From CBS: FBI has NOT said it is reopening investigation.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/fbi-is-taking-investigative-steps-to-review-more-clinton-emails/

The FBI has discovered new emails that “appear to be pertinent” to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, according to a letter FBI Director James Comey sent to the chairs of pertinent congressional and senate committees Friday.

House Oversight Committee chair Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, announced the FBI’s discovery of the emails.

But CBS News’ Jeff Pegues reports that the FBI is not yet saying that it’s reopening the investigation. That will depend on the outcome of its assessment of “whether or not this material may be signficant.” The FBI’s investigative team briefed Comey Thursday on the new emails. The FBI director also warned the committee chairs, “I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work.”

Comey’s letter to Congress informed lawmakers that he was supplementing his previous testimony on the matter of the investigation, which was closed in July. At the time, Comey recommended no charges against Hillary Clinton, a recommendation accepted by the Justice Department.

But the MSM and talking heads are going all ape sh*t over this "reopening the case" nonsense.

Clinton campaign needs to respond to this today though, can't allow this to sink in for an entire weekend.

It may not be correct but the wording that enters public mindset is all that matters. Trump said reopening throughout his speech and that word will be plastered in new commercials nationwide.

The headlines say the FBI is looking at new evidence involving Clinton's emails.

End of story. Dead GOP has very new life. Media is taking the bait hook, line and sinker. Inevitable damage to Clinton coming in the polls. Serious cash injection coming Trump's way to his campaign to pull it our of the fire.

The stock market is diving. The prediction markets will follow suit.

There is no sugar coating this development. It's bad news for Hillary and maybe horrific news for America if it tilts the election ...

I think it will have zero impact. If anything it will make the Reps over-confident. It won't give them a ground game, it won't change votes already cast, it won't add to their war chest.
