I think that most of the voters are locked in

That would be the case in most Presidential elections 11 days out, but more so in this election cycle than ever before. Never in my lifetime (and it is a long one) have I seen Presidential campaigns so overwhelmed with daily revelations which threaten to move voter opinion either for or against one of the candidates and I have come to believe the voting public is growing numb to it. After all they have seen, what's one more revelation?

Of course Trumpsters will celebrate as they normally do anything that is potentially bad news for Hillary, but I believe that the rest of the voting public will remain virtually unaffected. Democrats supporting Hillary will sigh and move on. Never Trump independents and Republicans will still be intent in ensuring that he never occupies the Oval Office. Perhaps some of the undecideds (if there are any of those left) might now vote for third party candidates instead of Hillary, but that will not be a net loss for the present poll numbers.

Bottom line, regardless of what this turns out to be it might move the needle in the polls a point or so, but won't affect the results of the election. Keep in mind that it might instead cause people who support Clinton, but think that the election is in the bag, to get off of their butts and vote.

A lot of people have already voted; those who haven't have probably made up their minds, and it would take a whole lot more than this to make any significant difference. I think this issue will fade over the weekend, and there's still time for Trump to do something insane. In fact, the closer the election gets the greater the likelihood that he really will jump the rails. He seems a little more deranged ever day.

GOP could deliver would supply the knowledge and ability for Trump to be president. He is still unfit.
