He has this unmistakably animated way of speaking with tons of gesticulation. I am very good with quickly recognizing faces in crowds. I'm certain the clown in this video is the same guy. George Lindell of Phoenix, AZ -- the exact same place this rally took place. You can see him in the following video:

Thing is, his complaint back then (5 years ago) was that he was impacted by the housing crash in Phoenix and stopped getting regular work as a painter because of that.

I distinctly remember the period leading up to that where builders (and the real estate industry and even the Travel industry) drummed up this thing about all these people "flocking to the sunbelt" (or "south and west&quot , so all these builders ran down to Miami, and over to Phoenix, Las Vegas, and parts of California and started believing all the over-hyped hype... building thousands and thousands of McMansions that none of the "flocks" could afford, and thus the whole thing crashed - including in Arizona, after they spent years laughing at the so-called "Rust Belt". I remember seeing the articles and pictures of them tearing down blocks and blocks of unoccupied new homes in California.
