The emails in question were not routed through HRC's server?

Comey did not know what was in the emails nor did he have a warrant to look at them?

Rep. Chaffetz was told about the emails prior to democratic members on his house committee?

1. I question

Chaffee said a few weeks ago he couldn't face his daughters if he endorsed Trump. However, a few days ago he changed his mind and said he will vote for him and will immediately start investigating Hillary if elected. What exactly made him change his position? Let's investigate him!

2. I don't think we know if they were to or from Clinton

Comey hasn't even seen the emails and doesn't even have a warrant.

Kurt Eichenwald's sources tell him these are emails that Huma Abedin forwarded to herself to print out to Clinton. Abedin didn't know any of her emails were on Weenie's computer or how they got there. The emails could be duplicates the FBI has already looked at. We just don't know because Comey doesn't even know.

That's what so astounding about this. Comey hasn't even seen the emails. He doesn't even have a warrant!

Can you imagine a LEO issuing a public statement on anyone else saying they are told there is evidence related to someone but haven't looked at it or bothered to get a warrant yet?
