I want to echo my friend, Ken Burch

A request: If you see polls favorable to the Right, DON'T POST THEM HERE. [View all]

Most of the polls that make Trump look stronger are from questionable polling agencies, and you are potentially demoralizing people when they need to be in an "up" frame of mind if you post those.

Just don't.

I will be the first to admit I post outlier polls, polls I know intuitively are too good to be true, but I post them to elevate the spirits of the members of our board. That is different than posting outlier polls I know intuitively are too bad to be true to depress the members of this board.

As to the state of the race Hillary Clinton is and remains the favorite. Could she lose? Sure. But life is about weighing evidence and making rational decisions based on the evidence you accumulated. Her chances of winning are much more likely than not.

I DO mind people acting like they are the only polls out there and crapping their pants about them.

.... or I suspect a couple skillful trolls who are very practiced at toeing the the line and injecting doubt when the time seems right.

I add that last bit because there is a right wing site I have trolled for 8 years and never been caught. It's all about sensing when the jab will hit home while still looking sincere. If I can do it, I know there are folks here doing it for the other team.
