Bob Gates was the Deputy Director of the CIA from 1986 to 1989

This covers the time of Trumps trip to the Soviet Union.
He was then the deputy director of the NSA from 89-91 and Director of the CIA from 91-93.
That's what makes this so interesting:

The point is that it might not be just the FBI that knows what Trump is up to. It might be the CIA/NSA. His trip to the Soviet Union is so long ago that a lot of Intelligence people might know about it. Bob Gates could have first hand knowledge. Who else?
