Jon Ralston NV report: Joe Heck's (R) congressional seat leans Democratic

Ralston is one of the most respected political reporters in Nevada and has been my to-go guy for info on Nevada politics and early voting and right now he believes that Heck's seat (he is running for Reid's seat in the senate) leans Democratic & that the fourth congressional district is probably lost to the GOP and that the Nevada Legislature is "looking blue":
