Ghouliani is lying through his teeth.

He didn't get any inside info from retired FBI agents because I doubt they have the security clearance they had when they were active agents. If anything, he's either getting info from active rogue agents or they're peddling a debunked, false narrative about HRC's nonexistent criminality.
