Lock them in a one room hut, tie them to a chair, and leave them alone all day. I worked with a disabled boy who lived through that.
Not everyone around world, or in this country, as the $$$$$$ to homeschool their disabled kids like Pope Ricky does.

2 - That appears to be his wife and daughter, who is disabled.
