Has much as anyone I do hope, pray, fantasize, and some times think maybe the Electoral College might save us. Or some how one of the branches of our current government might intervene to halt this sham of an election from proceeding. At least until we can really see what happened.

Because something is not right.

Then reality sinks in.

And as much as this is not right and no where near normal, none of those two things are realistically likely to happen.

There is a bit more hope getting the government agencies to investigate the election. But very unlikely that the election results will be put on hold during the investigation. Which means come Jan 20, 2017, the government will close the investigation saying there was nothing to see here, move along.

The voters in the Electoral College sent to represent orange man votes, are die hard orange man supporters. Maybe a small handful vote their conscience, the rest can't wait to cast their vote for orange hitler. So, the Electoral College option more then likely won't happen. I signed all the petitions too. I think in the normal world they would do the right thing. But this isn't the normal world.

Once Jan 20, 2017, happens any chance of getting off the wrong track just worse.

Just gonna toss this out there. Remember the Patriot Act? Watch for that to be re-written very soon. Especially if something happens (real or preserved) that can be used as an excuse update that act.

But, you know Clinton's emails are so very much more important they probably focus 90% of their resources on her. The other 10% had to be pulled from the Clinton case to investigate the rise in hate crimes. So they probably don't have enough man power to like look into minor things like rigged elections.

3. It isn't going to happen. When Comey and the FBI interfered in our election, I came out

and was criticized when I said this jeopardizes our chances greatly. There is no doubt in my mind we would have won the election if it wasn't for this one event, and the MSM distorting, misrepresenting, and lying about it. The email investigation WAS NOT BEING REOPENED, but that did NOT stop any of the so called news outlets from saying it.

Yes, she did win the popular vote by a significant margin, but that is not going to change anything.

The only thing that could have changed the results is if those who voted third party, or didn't bother to vote actually voted

It is going to be a long four years, and the damage that may be done may take decades to repair

4. I whole heartily agree with you on both then and now

The very first thing that crossed my mind when the FBI spoke out 11 days before the election was "oh shit, not good." It looked like though just when the bleeding stopped from that massive wound, she was hit again days before the election. Even though the FBI's second intervention was to say never mind this really wasn't as important as we said. It reminded people about the whole email witch hunt and the bleeding started again.

So we are committed to embracing the wrong track. We hope or pray maybe its just two years, with mid terms and hopeful impeachment. We hope or pray more that there is a country left to function. And we frantically hope and pray our embracing this wrong track gets fixed before our climate is beyond living in.
