Does anyone else here think that Boehner

has been drunk at some of his recent press conferences? Maybe he's just not sleeping much with all the pressure on him lately or something like that. He just doesn't look right to me lately. Has he switched tanning sprays, perhaps?

Whenever he speaks I see the alcohol vapors coming out of his mouth and I bet he smells of drink.
