4. I plan to go on a crash diet choosing not to feed on any political news for the next month.

My bloodpressure will not allow me to listen to 3 more months of BS, while the Congress once again tries to come up with a plan to cut spending, and President Obama tells Boehner and McConnell that he won't allow them to hold the debt ceiling hostage. (Yeh) If I'm successful, I will extend the crash diet for another month, and then another, and another. Hopefully, by summer, I'll look like a million bucks, and I won't give a d@mn what the Repugnants say or do.
