Yes, two terms with a republican president is bad enough. But I don't see how US voters will accept presidents who consistently lose the popular vote by millions, yet win the electoral votes and thereby the presidency.

In eight years of Republican rule, we will easily see a Supreme Court packed with Alitos and Scalias (about a 7-2 conservative majority), the dismantling of Medicare, the phase out of Social Security, and NOTHING being done to control skyrocketing costs of health care.

We have to defeat this NOW. I can hear their talking points already: "Oh, voters in rural areas deserve to be heard also. They shouldn't be forced to submit to the tyranny of the majority in the cities where all the MONEY is....blah-blah-blah..."

Once these states enact this, the ONLY way to repeal it is to gain control of both the governorship AND both houses of the state legislatures...not likely since the Rethugs redrew the district lines to make sure that rural conservative areas are overrepresented.
