a security guard I do not concur.

People who climb trees eventually come down. And making him stressed with hypothermia that high up and possible make him fall is counter productive.

He is a dip, especially using that tactic for something not involving tree protection. But he has a right to not be possibly injured and you should re-think your opinion on this. With all due respect, mind you.

He was violating a court order requiring him to stay away from the area. He yells offensive, unhinged anti-abortion tirades. Rachel talked about him on her show.

or any other detail about it except the police were having a hard time with him, any conclusion I came to would have been a wild guess.
