In order to stop them from making a fool of themselves- inviting Nugent from giving the Republican Response at the State of the Union, They need to have a high profile Republican who is willing to go on public tv and badmouth the National Republican Party, endorse Hillary,Biden,or whoever the Democratic nominee is in 2016. (If Hagel does not get confirmed to head Defense, Obama should pick Gore- Vietnam Vet, former US Senator-served on Armed Services committee, Vice President and former Presidential candidate who was less than 600 votes from being President.
If Brennan does not get confirmed to the CIA-select Bob Kerrey or Wesley Clark instead.
