Rick Scott Really!!! I mean Really!!!

I just read that now Florida's legislature will decide on whether to implement the medicare or not. Is this guy trying to have the best of both worlds. Making people he is the nice by implementing it, but actually not doing anything.

But it still has to be acted on by the legislature - so it may not pass.
In which case Scott can have it both ways: "See, I TRIED to expand Medicaid, but they wouldn't let me."
