I just want to give ...

Morning Joe's Mika a huge shout out ... almost.

This morning they did a "It's both sides that are refusing to compromise and it's President Obama's fault" segment, feature Chuck Todd.

Chuck was doing his regular, "Party's Over for President Obama" bit, when he citing to some recent poll indicating that 56% of those polled indicated that the Sequester is a bad thing and a similiar number indicating that America is on the wrong track. Chuck said, "these numbers suggest that President Obama's honeymoon is over (as if, President Obama EVER had a honeymoon period)."

So then, the usually meek, Mika asked (over the top of the poll indicating a plurity of suport for both President Obama and Democrats, on just about every issue), "With those numbers, how can you say 'the honeymoon is over'!"

Todd's response was, "well President Obama is the tall guy in a room of short people."

Then, when the segment shifted to gun-control, Todd tipped his hand ... but Mika, returning to her meek, completely missed the opening. Todd said, "In the open-ended segment of the poll, those polled responded to the question, 'What area do you wish the gop would compromise with President Obama on most', those polled answered 'Gun-control ... SECOND BEHIND ... (YOU GUESSED IT) ... [FINDING A BALANCE BETWEEN TAXES AND SPENDING CUTS.

How I wish Mika had found her unmeek and asked, "Chuck can we return to you assessment of American support for President Obama? Didn't you just say, 'the American peoples' top concern was the gop solving the Sequester through sending AND taxes?' Couldn't that explain what America is thinking about America being on the wrong road ... the gop refusing to move on taxes?"

But alas, she didn't.

a very nice person, but she is about as substantial as a fern, less useful then teats on a bull, and lazy as hell because she is NEVER prepared to offer any intellectual counter points to the constant propaganda being spewed by joe, todd, ari, barnacle, and any other right wing, teabag. or corporatist jerk that appears on a regular basis. The show could be an excellent place to educate people to the failings of CONservative philosophy and policies if mika would do some homework and quit playing the battered wife to joe the coffee shop bully and his fascist band of guests.

Maybe the cure would be to have her watch replays of the show. If she is not totally embarrassed by her performance, or lack there of, then I would have to assume, as I am beginning to believe. that she is a fern that would be better suited to a cooking or gardening show.

With the country in need of both intelligent and challenging discourse, mika offers absolutely nothing to the conversation except a very, very bad example.
