Appointed by Bill Clinton in '94.
Just as worrisome is how the Repubs have managed to get their appointments to the Appeals and District Courts through, while stalling a high percentage of Clinton and Obama's. only a small number of cases make it to the Sumpreme Court, amNd much of the day to day law is created by the lower courts.

2. Bryer is a liberal and a Clinton appointee

The current court has 2 Reagan, 1 Bush 1, 2 Clinton, 2 Bush 2, and 2 Obama appointees. All the liberal wing were appointed by Dems, the entire conservative wing appointed by GOP.
