I keep hearing on the nooze about how there is a demographic shift happening here in CA and the rest of America, where the population is supposedly getting "browner", as the Hispanic population is increasing. But last time I checked, Hispanics can be of any race, and are often white, so what exactly do they mean when they say that white people will become the minority by 2050? Do they mean that just non-Hispanic whites will be in the minority?
