2014 AR US Senate Race

How credible is the recent poll that shows Cotton-R leading Pryor-D by 8 points?
I know it is commissioned by Club for Growth.
If the poll is legit, The race becomes a Tossup.

The polling firm is Basswood Industries, a GOP polling firm which was off by about 4% in the AK-Gov race and the NE-Sen primary. However, it was off in the AK-Sen race by 9%.

Anyways, C4G or not, the race becomes a tossup if Cotton runs. But if he stays in the House, this seat certainly leans towards Pryor.
