Gomez wins GOP nomination in Mass. Senate primary
(CNN) - Republican businessman Gabriel Gomez has won the GOP nomination in Tuesdays primary for the Massachusetts special Senate election, the Associate Press projects.
Gomez will go on to face the Democratic nominee, yet to be decided, in the special election to be held June 25. The victor will fill the seat vacated by John Kerry when he was confirmed secretary of state earlier this year.

OP
Gomez? Now that was surprise. Markey should make a good showing in any debates.

Interesting.
The GOP teabagger candidate Michael Sullivan went down, which is good.

Gomez looked somewhat unsure in his debates.
