Good odds that if 100% of the people voted,
Sanford would have gotten the same # of votes he did, the democratic person would have gotten 80 to the 20

We need the 80-20 world.

What I mean is, they said the Ds name was on the ballot twice and if anyone checked her name twice..the vote would not be counted.
