Police investigate 'United Stasi of America' artist

Berlin police are investigating whether an artist who projected “United Stasi of America" onto the US embassy in the German capital earlier this week could be charged with a criminal offence.

Yesterday Digg was running an article about someone just driving up to the Utah Data Center gates. At the bottom was a link to a gem -- a winter interaction with the local security folks by a forbes reporter -- they totally want to intimidate through "we know all about you."

The money quote:

It was an intimidating hour. While I’ve interviewed federal agents for stories, I’ve never been interrogated by them before. We may have been treated as gently as we were because I’m a mainstream journalist with a prominent platform and because I was accompanied by a lawyer. I was grateful that I could hold up “professional journalist” as my own badge; it felt protective.
