I live in Rio Rancho, NM and this is about 5 min from my house. This is dirty, sneaking around, setting up a road block. This is also one of the poorest states in the nation- what could the Koch's and Paul Ryan want from NM that they don't already have? I feel that the other shoe in this blue state is about to drop..
