NJ Governor race getting closer. Told you so!!!

I live in this state and despite all the media kiss ass and love they have for Christy he isn't going to have a walk in the park in this race. This is a blue state and this guy hasn't done JACK SHIT!! but try to get all the credit for Sandy. Buono is out talking to voters while this guy is out of the state most of the time with the media talking 2016.Plus the polling in NJ is nortorious off for some unknown reason when it comes to the Governors race.Whiteman/Florio comes to mind they had Florio winning in the polls and he lost http://www.nj.com/politics/index.ssf/2013/08/poll_christies_lead_over_buono_dropps_by_10_percentage_points.html#incart_most-comments

I live here in NJ too. It makes me crazy all the support Christie is getting from elected Democrats here and various organizations. I think they are all afraid of his wrath if they don't support him. But the people, I so wish you are on to the truth here. Please make it so.

Polls suggest 21 percent of democrats In NJ are supporting him.

Once Christie Is able to win reelection he will move far to the right to run for president and he will claim he can win In Blue states.

People need to realize the christie who worked with obama after hurricane isn't real Christie.

that New Jersey will pick someone better than him. He's done a couple halfway decent things, but then he does ten other things that take steps back. Jersey deserves better.

That a Democratic legislature is the only thing keeping Christie from being Scott Walker. They're keeping him 'moderate' and the guy's really just a conservative blowhard.

And if they watch Morning Joe, who seems to have wet dreams about Christie on a daily basis, it's even worse.

similar or worse. Christie just isn't planning for the states future.

It is disgusting he spent millions of Federal disaster funds on TV tourism. The shore is always there, people know where it is and you park, pay the fee and beach all day. NJ doesn't need to spend millions to attract people to the beaches.

I never once believed Christie could win by 30 points like the earlier polls show. New Jersey has a history of having a lot of late deciding voters.

But at the same time, it would still take something big to shake up this race for Christie to lose. I live right next door to New Jersey, and while I saw a few ads earlier in the race, I haven't seen anything for weeks, same with the senate race. Nor is there much news coverage, though I'll admit, I rarely watch local news anymore, unless I'm waiting for the 6:30 PM evening news to start, so I might not be the best judge of the news coverage.

I'd like to be enthusiastic about Buono's chances, but I'm not seeing a compelling argument against Christie taking hold. I'm putting my money into the Virginia race.

with three months to go I doubt it will happen. Christie is a phony and a loudmouth jerk, but he'd is also a good ass-kisser when he needs to be.

In terms of 2016, I don't think he'll run.
