I guess Bolling does not believe in what former California GOP Chairman Gaylord Parkinson (not Ronald Reagan as widely believed) famously coined as being the Eleventh Commandment: “Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.”

Large numbers of Marylanders flee to Virginia every year largely because of our tax system. And countless federal gov't employees gladly live in NOVA over DC. We "stupid" Virginians take pride in that, by the way.

Probably not a good thing per se, but a factor nonetheless. Its called human nature: if people get to choose higher taxes or lower taxes, they will pick lower taxes.

Until they learn, if they ever do, what higher taxes will get them.

Probably not a factor in the US where all it gets them is a bigger military for unnecessary and unwise actions, and more surveillance to keep them "safe" from the results of such.

Overflowing.
Taxes is one of many. But the quality of life is another. In Richmond, Texas, the city has the highest school tax base in the state, People move there on purpose because Richmond has one of the top ten school districts in the nation. 90% of their students go to college, 15 students per class, all teacher must have a masters degree plus 5 years experience.

Totally possible. I remember driving a couple times through MD to Columbia for a job opportunity and at least three cars took a swipe at me. Then again, with my VA tags, maybe they took me for an EN-VAY-DAH.
