NY Times: Unscheduled act at DeBlasio event

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/08/28/nyregion/unscheduled-act-at-de-blasio-event.html?_r=0

The scene was set for a classic morning of late-season campaigning: A surging mayoral candidate (Bill de Blasio) accompanied by a once-surging presidential candidate (Howard Dean), greeting potential voters in the heart of Democratic Manhattan (the 72nd Street subway station on the Upper West Side).

Kathleen Turner happened to walk by and gave him her support too.

I use up my limit early in the month but when I'm blocked from reading an article, I take it as a personal challenge to try find the same article elsewhere. So far I've been able to find the NY Times article somewhere else on the Web often enough to not bother with a subscription. Their pay-to-read system isn't foolproof IOW.

On your device, WAIT until you see "reader" in the URL bar. Click in that to see the article.

Works on my Mac and IPad. Good luck.

... that'll get you a 'fresh month' as it recycles your IP & the page in question doesn't recognize you as a 'repeat visitor'.
