And according to my calculations, in spite of the GOP having 234 Congress people and the Dems only 200, when Louis Ghomert, Michelle Bachman, and a few other bag folks are calculated in (and points subtracted) The Dems have more total IQ points.
Maybe votes should be allocated by these totals instead of mere bodies. It is much harder to gerrymander IQ points.
