I finally got through to Ted Cruz's office today!

Been trying for 17 days now and FINALLY got a human voice on the other end of the line.

I'm sure it was a complete and utter waste of 45 seconds of my young life, but I made my comments known as to how completely disgusted and embarrassed I am as a lifelong Texas at the way that Senator Cruz has conducted himself.

The person on the other end was polite, but I could tell he wasn't interested after the first ten words out of my mouth. After all, how could I possibly think that Ted Cruz would listen to ME when he has an open line of communication with God, right???!!! (Sarcasm, of course).

(And I'm a Christian for the record, but I don't think any one of us has more favor with God than another, so no - God doesn't talk to me. I also believe that any person is free to believe or not believe as they choose and it is none of my business what their religious views may be).

This schmuck needs to hear from MORE people like you! He needs the constant reminder that this fictitious "The American People" he supposedly listens to and speaks for - really doesn't exist, especially in the great numbers he claims are there.

8. That's really terrible. And unacceptable.

They should not be arguing with constituents. They should be listening.

I have a feeling that @I@ probably benefitted from the fact that they are assuredly receiving a lot of critical phone calls right now. Maybe they have decided it might not be smart to argue so much! I hope so anyway.
