McCain's "secret Plan" to go after Osama Bin Laden during Campaign '08

Ironically found on Ariana Huffington's Huffpo...

John McCain: I Know How To Catch Bin Laden
First Posted: 07-25-08 05:29 PM | Updated: 08- 2-08 05:12 AM

Last week, John McCain proclaimed that he knew how to win wars. Today, he's taking it a step further, telling voters that he not only knows how to capture and bring to justice Osama bin Laden, but is going to do it.

Appearing on the Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, the Arizona Republican was reminded that he had vowed to bring Osama bin Laden to justice and was asked how he would differ in that task from President Bush.

Initially saying that he would not "telegraph" the specifics, McCain declared, "Look, I know the area, I've been there, I know wars, I know how to win wars, and I know how to improve our capabilities so that we will capture Osama bin Laden -- or put it this way, bring him to justice... We will do it, I know how to do it."

So politicizing "gonna get Bin Laden" is ok for McCain....according to McCain
But politicizing "got Bin Laden" is not ok for Pres. Obama....according to McCain?

These Republicans are something else, aren't they?

Media Blindly Accept Notion That Russia-Georgia Conflict Is Good For John McCain
By Ben Armbruster on Aug 13, 2008 at 6:14 pm

Since the violence broke out last week between Russian and Georgian military forces, pundits and media figures have been trying to determine how the conflict will affect the U.S. presidential election. Many in the media, however, have blindly asserted — seemingly without examining any evidence — that the war in Georgia helps Sen. John McCain (R-AZ). Some recent examples:

– Jill Zuckman, Chicago Tribune: “It’s just sort of a perfect thing for him.”

– Jeff Birnbaum, Washington Post: “This is McCain’s advantage here, advantage McCain. This is right in his sweet spot in foreign policy national security.”

– Mark Halperin, Time Magazine: “I think McCain benefits…this is good politically for John McCain”

a Georgian victory to McCain. The most brilliant military mind since Adolf Hitler! (a nice slogan).

He was never in command of any military unit that was involved in winning battles.
He was never involved in making tactical decisions involved in a battle or war.

He was good at getting himself shot down and captured. Normally I would not put someone down for getting shot but was a dumbkopf trying to show off and put his fellow mates in danger by his stupid antics.

The only way McCain would had had a chance of capturing bin Laden and bringing him to justice would had been to allow himself to be captured so he could once again be a POW.
