has skewed his approval rating.

Repubs said at the outset that they wanted to destroy Obama and that's still their goal...the country be damned.

Just think what his approval rating would be had the Congress backed him on issues that really matter? It boggles the mind.

History will report his presidency as a true success and denigrade our worthless Congress. These are difficult times and the Repubs could not care any less than they do about it.

So sad.

I think negative coverage in the media drives his numbers down as well. Anyone who says the media is liberal is lying.

Considering the shutdown drama, still high unemployment rate, Syrian standoff, surveillance controversy, manufactured Benghazi and IRS scandals, and health care rollout.
