Fox News Andrew Napolitano: Lincoln Set About On The Most Murderous War In American History’ (VIDEO)

Judge Andrew Napolitano had a very Ron Paul ‘esque’ statement on Republican President Abraham Lincoln, slavery, and money. After listening to his commentary one must ask where lays his morality, decency, and humanity.

I am a lawyer in Bergen County NJ where he was a judge for about 6-7 years. Mostly he handled landlord/tenant cases, small potato divorces and small claims. One time I saw him try a case in small claims court where he took a tremendous amount of time determining how much a woman should have paid for a squirrel extermination in her attic. The woman claimed the exterminator quoted her an inclusive price and the exterminator claimed his quote was "per squirrel".

That should tell you what regard the Assignment Judge (who determines what judges get what cases) had for him. He parlayed an empty head with a title for a wonderful television career. Ain't life grand?
