The degradation of people of color and specifically Black men is real

The degradation of people of color and specifically Black men is real.

Unarmed Eric Garner was killed by NYPD. Unarmed teen Michael Brown executed by Ferguson, Missouri police officer. John Crawford III murdered by police while shopping at Walmart.

And if you think it is socio-economic and not racial then think again. The stark reality says otherwise. Black TV producer Charles Belk arrested because he fit the description. Federal judge Jimmie L. Benton was harassed and arrested for jogging in his upscale neighborhood.

These were just representative samples. All but one occurred in the last few days and weeks. Thousands that occur daily go unreported and have no video to corroborate the injustices.

Sick and regressive.

One step forward, two steps back.

I feel for his family, and for him. They made a lot of sacrifices and it didn't really work out.

that have been occurring in recent years--overt and more subtle--reflect the backlash against the president and his family.

I assumed everyone could clearly see how obvious that connection is.

Congress have also been extremely disrespectful of President Obama and bullying him since he
first took office in 2009. I wonder if this has emboldened the racists of our nation to become
even more openly racist?

Is this part of the grand scheme of the Republicans? Their manners and behavior are like those
of mobsters who have been raised and spent their lives in the gutter. What business have such
people got in being the leaders of our nation?

training men and women of color and other ethnic groups for police forces, rather than cannon fodder for our Wars of Convenience. Un-privatize prisons. You think the streets are bad, this is times 10. Legalize pot.

Oh, and the camera information somehow regularly goes through a joint and revolving citizen/police scrutiny.

I'm sick of this shit already. Reminds me of Johannesburg, SA way back when before Mr. Mandela.

On Edit: Mandatory drug testing...OK, Officer, pee in this cup. LOL
