Hillary Clinton to stump for Crist in Florida

Hillary Clinton will campaign next month for Charlie Crist, Florida's Democratic nominee for governor.

Clinton will attend a "dinner reception" for Crist on Oct. 2 in Miami, according to an invitation posted on Crist campaign chairman Bob Poe's Facebook page.

Clinton is beginning to step up her campaigning for 2014 Democratic candidates. Her return to the campaign trail comes as she weighs her own possible presidential bid for the 2016 Democratic nomination.

She made a high profile return to Iowa, home of the first presidential nominating contest, earlier this month, and touted the need to elect Democrats in 2014.
