have a Republican Bias-so perhaps he is speaking about himself-because he adjusts his ratings based on this bias. I'm looking at the list right now

He's lost his ability for cool, even-handed analysis--letting Sam Wang get under his skin and throwing partisan elbows aren't going to make him friends.
