I was turned away when I tried to vote today!

Reason: I didn't have a photo ID.
Reason: I didn't have it in my billfold.
Reason: I put it on my scanner a month ago and forgot to put it back in my billfold. I'VE BEEN DRIVING AROUND FOR A FREAKIN' MONTH WITHOUT MY LICENSE!!!
.
Consider this a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT . Please check your billfold or your purse to make sure your ID is in there. It may save you the embarrassment I suffered.

Show me your photo ID ONLINE? lol After my once and only horrible time voting at the polls since moving to Florida, I swore never again.

7. Me, too. I drove around for several months without my license. It was in my printer.

So easy to do, but it was a good wake-up call to always remove whatever I'm copying.

Glad you got back to vote.

I'm always asked my name and street address, and if it's on file they don't bother to double-check.
