The republicans outdid us in Iowa on early voting

We as Democrats have been using that early voting as a sign post of high turn out for our side.. Not anymore.. the Republicans are working to get their people out early now.. and just chatting around town.. (I am still in disbelief we elected Joni Ernst) a few people I know who are to the bone republicans.. voted early.. and said they wished they had not.. because the stories about Joni's ideas about privatizing Social Security that they did not know that till after their ballots went in

Don't get me wrong.. I am not saying that would have changed the election.. the turnout was not our people .. it was the right..

Somehow we have to move our Democrats and the Independents who will vote with us away from this participating every four years .. and blowing off the mid terms..
