Gruber claims Romney worked with Kennedy/Bush to rip off Medicaid
Except it's not true.

Gruber's the guy Republicans have been digging up videos from of him claiming parts of ObamaCare weren't "transparent". He was a key RomneyCare architect (lost in most of these stories) and a consultant to the Obama Administration on ObamaCare.
His claim that people don't understand how group insurance works (sick people getting more out of it than healthy people) and ACA was somehow nontransparent about this is bizarre. This is not to say that everything Gruber has said is stupid, as clearly these clips have been selected out of many hours of videos, parsed for maximum effect, but the claim Republicans are making that these Gruber remarks are an accurate assessment of anything is pretty stupid. His comments look increasingly exaggerated (to be charitable).
