They are putting American taxpayers back in the saddle for bailing them out again should those derivatives lose value again. Their gambling ways almost took us out in 2008, and we said we would never let it happen again. Yet lobbyists for Citigroup worked feverishly on writing the repeal language to slip into the funding bill, and some Dems didn't even know it had been inserted. No debate, no nothing.

Why do they do these things? Because they can.
