Scott Walkers presidential dilemma, will his next surgeon be a taxidermist?

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is exploring his presidential possibilities according to news reports. I have one question for the people who will be exploring Scott Walker as he slithers toward presidential status. Why did he leave Marquette University before graduating? He has been exploring how to get his degree without actually having to do the work necessary, to no avail. His frustration with this is, apparently, being expressed in his budget by attacking the University system to the tune of a 15% cut with a prohibition on raising tuition, and to add hiss to his fit, tenure is on the chopping block. That'll teach those darn ivory tower thugs. This goes hand in hand with his notion that teachers need no formal education for certification in Wisconsin, just "experience", whatever that may really mean. Maybe his next surgeon will be a taxidermist, hey, experience is experience. Something to promote on his presidential campaign, yes?
So to get back to my original question, why did Scotty beam out of Marquette? The rumour is that he was asked to leave for the common ethical lapse called cheating. If you have any knowledge of his skills at selecting support staff you can understand why people believe the cheating rumour. So did he leave because he just couldn't hack it? was he needed due to his abilities by the armed forces? Did Milwaukee County look like a rube ripe for the picking and he just couldn't help himself? Inquiring minds want to know before we give Scotty the keys to the nuclear weapons.
