The acorn (Tagg) don't fall far from the idiot tree

http://www.mediaite.com/online/tagg-romney-my-dad-could-win-but-everyone-would-be-gunning-for-him/

"Tagg Romney believes his father would win, but everyone would be gunning for him yet again"

No one,and I mean no one has had people gunning at them more than Obama. He knew this going into it. Yet I never saw him back down!. And Tagg is using this as an excuse for his father? What? He can't take the pressure? Yep, sounds like a Romney. Blame it on everyone else.

And then there's this:
“It’s as much of a gut thing as anything else. Yeah, he could win the nomination, but all of the guns were going to be trained on him. And coming out of it we would face Hillary Clinton. She’d be the first female nominee, have a lot of money coming out. Given how tough the primary would have been, his calculation was he would emerge not in a position of strength to take her on.”

First of all, "trained" is used improperly here. What an idiot!!
Then for Tagg to indicate that running against Hillary, the first female nominee, is nothing but a cop out. Again, let's blame it on someone else.

OMG - Their whole family is nuts. I knew it before, but now this confirms it. Actually this was the FIRST smart thing I've seen the Rmoney's do in decades.

Some Taggarts emigrated to Ireland where my great grandfather Patrick Taggart hailed from, county Monaghan to be specific.

My paternal grandfather, Patrick Taggart," and his two sons were in the Cherry Mine Disaster when fire broke out. They were told to keep digging. They begged off and climbed up the airshaft to safety. 259 men and boys were not so lucky.

Taggart Romney is the spoiled son of privilege, much like the sons-of-bitches that ran the coal companies. My great grandfather would have hit him in the ass with the business end of a shovel, his first name not-with-standing.

Mitt got out because the GOP big money--including Rupert/Fox--told him to get out.

All of the reasons Tagg lists for Mitt's change of heart existed on January 9 when Mitt made his ego-driven announcement about running. What changed was that Mitt realized no one was on board with him running, not even the Koch brothers. Mitt made that January 9 announcement without first lining up his big donors, thus setting himself up for this humiliation.

Mitt has a ego-driven impulse control issue. Reminds me of the time he challenged Perry with a $10,000 bet during a GOP debate.

all the bullshit Romney spewed about doing it for the good of the party and the country and poor folks and etc. etc etc.

I firmly believe the selfish SOB hasn't done anything that wasn't about him his entire life.

As much of a dick Romney is, remember, he did Obamacare in MA

how bad Citizens United is. It should be repealed, immediately. As for Rmoney and the ACA in MA, good for him that he started it there. And what if he hadn't? I don't believe it helped starting the ACA for the entire country. Obama was going to have a shot at it, with or without Rmoney's help. As for Rmoney having a heart, give me a break. This guy is a snake in a suit. I am glad he's not running and it saved him and his family much embarrassment. It looks to me like the Koch's are doing everything they can to fill the clown bus. It should be fun to watch.

of Lee Harvey Oswald or John Wilkes Booth? Only to mention a couple. If you pappy is too cowardly to face another election with the verbal barbs an accusations hurled his way, he is too cowardly to be President.
