Anybody know about "usgovernmentspending.com" and lots of linked sites?

I'm seeing these cited frequently as relevant fact sources but they don't actually supply any collaborative material (other than self-referential sources.)

Nate Silver (538) actually quotes them so I'm guessing there is some validity. However almost all of the rhetoric that cites these URLs (and there are multiple) seem to be in the, say RWNJ, category.
