Trump University: Something Mitt & The Donald have in common, scam "Universities!"

Interesting flashback to last year, in light of Mitt & son's involvement in their own "private university" scam. Romneys and Trumps have SOOO much in common!!

"I’m deeply and actively involved in Trump University because I firmly believe in the power of education and its function as an engine of success,” he wrote in “Trump 101: The Way to Success.” “I want to help people, and, simply put, the Trump University students want to be successful. I’m on their side.”

Yet Trump’s credentials as an educator may be undercut by the recent history of his so-called university. The for-profit institution is the target of a class-action lawsuit in federal court and the attorneys general of six states are investigating numerous complaints about it.

Last year in New York, Trump University was forced to change its name by the Department of Education. State officials sent the mogul a tough letter saying that it was misleading for his company to use the term “university.” Several months earlier, the Better Business Bureau gave the program a D-minus rating. The BBB is also currently reviewing several complaints against the renamed Trump Entrepreneur Initiative.

1. No one needs to go to Trump U to learn how to "Trump" like Trump does.

The business strategy is simple:
1. Be born enormously wealthy, beyond the point that you can dissipate your wealth within your lifetime, except through extreme stupidity -- e.g., trying to corner the silver market, like the Hunt Bros. tried. Just keep your business dealing within your limited ability to function.
2. Learn how to use the bankruptcy laws as a corporate rape tool. Buy or form a company, suck out the cash, threaten the shareholders with default on bond payments (= bankruptcy), negotiate a lower bond valuation, and suck more cash out of the company. Keep doing it until the shareholders are wrecked, and then move on.
3. The strategy is especially sweet if you find and buy a company that is in a slump but has a rich pension fund.

I know a young man attending a phony for-profit technical institute. He's going to finish with a huge student loan hanging over his head and won't be able to find a job.

Kinda like a wealthy person having business dealings with TRump; they get poorer the longer they do business with him.
