How Democratic candidates view the Iranian deal will will determine if there will be candidates I

will NOT support under any conditions. Any candidate who votes to over-ride any veto will NOT get my vote in the primary and general election.

The saving grace on this is that we are NOT the only nation who signed onto this deal

There is no doubt in my mind ALL the candidates will be asked on their position of the deal. still_one Jul 2015 #2

I agree. I doubt that Kerry, Biden, or Obama would sign on to this if it wasn't a good agreement still_one Jul 2015 #4

Sanders will have a vote (in the Senate) of course, but Clinton and O'Malley won't. But they could still vocally oppose it. If either of them did would you refuse to vote for them?

That Kerry, Biden, and Obama support this deal, tells me that it is a good deal. I haven't heard Webb's position, but all the Democratic candidates have supported the negotiations.

I believe Hillary, Bernie, and O'Malley will support the deal. However, taking the hypothetical you presented, I will not support or vote for a Democratic candidate that opposes this deal.

Of course, if Kerry, Biden, Obama, and the countries involved in the deal, reverse their stance because they reverse themselves on the merits of the agreement, I will change my position, but that isn't going to happen.

1) I have to see the deal. Im inclined to support it, as I trust Obama, but gotta see for myself.

2) if it's a good deal, then any candidate i vote for must support it. Peace with Iran is very important, so long as it's a good deal.
