it will likely be something that is highlighted in early debates, but it will be what it always is for something driven by a democrat ...

If nothing bad happens (it works) it will be forgotten and not brought up long before the actual election.
If something not great happens that is even tertiary connected, even if not connected at all, republicans will scream like lunatics and the media will gleefully go along for the ride.
If something truly bad happens, it will be something republicans and the media POUND democrats on for the next quarter century.

4. I don't agree. The republicans will use it like they did with the ACA. In fact 90% of the views

They will scream their heads off about it now, but unless something bad they can assign to it happens, there is too much time between now and the election for it to last.

ACA was HERE, it was our health care system.

Iran is over there. Out of sight and out of mind.

Not enough for us to really care about if nothing is going on.

There will be lots of other things that happen on the home front that they will get more traction on.

To put it this way, if Iran is the major issue and no one has popped off a nuke over there, Hill or Bernie will be sitting in the white house for at least four years.

9. I don't think so. Americans generally don't give a shit about foreign policy.

The Republicans may try to use it, but I doubt it will sway any votes.

The American public will overwhelmingly insist on acceptance. Additionally, our international partners have already agreed, so it will be damn hard to reinstate anymore sanctions.
