Hillary Clinton’s speech on the economy fell short on specifics

I was actually surprised that the Washington Post was so critical of Hillary.

THERE WASN’T much new in Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton’s first major domestic policy speech in New York on Monday — and we mean that in the nicest possible way........

Candidates generally don't put out those "position paper" things until later. In Clinton's case, she is smarter to wait, since she has no significant threat, at least right now, from within. That allows her the latitude to wait and take specific positions that demarcate the difference between her and Jeb Bush, assuming it will be Clinton vs. Bush.
