I know he was supposed to follow Sanders. If someone watched Webb's presentation, I'd like to know your thoughts.

There were three other guys, all ahead of Webb. I had no way of watching this event, which is why I posted my OP.

Every other candidate got a thread here when they spoke, except for Webb.
